EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Lui-B, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or credit your regular-priced, in-stock purchase when it is presented in saleable condition within 14 days. Simply follow the guidelines below. Please note that shipping fees, sale merchandise and special order merchandise will not be subject to refund. Also note a different return policy may be applicable for in-store purchases.

IN-PERSON
If in the Atlanta area, bring your web purchased merchandise to our Flagship store with the original receipt or gift receipt.

BY MAIL
Retain and complete the Return form portion of the Shipping packing list. Enclose the completed Return Form, along with a copy of your original receipt, with your shipment. Please insure the package and ship to: LUI-B 1116 West Peachtree Street, Atlanta, GA 30309

PARTIAL EXCHANGE
Should you wish to replace part of your order, please call our Flagship store 1.404.810.0031.

  1. Packages typically arrive within 4-6 business days. $10.00 per box of up to 3 shirts.
  2. Additional fees apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
• RUSH
  
  1. Packages typically arrive within 2-3 business days, provided order is placed before 1 pm (EST). $25.00 fee per box of up to 3 shirts.
  2. Additional fees apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii take additional time. Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
• OVERNIGHT
  
  1. Packages typically arrive within 1 business day - provided order is placed before 1 pm (EST). Available Tuesday – Thursday only. $30.00 fee per box of up to 3 shirts.
  2. Additional fees apply to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii take additional time. Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
